Salary: $30 - $35 per hour + 8% holiday pay + other entitlementsAbout Us: Unite Recruit is looking for an experienced Civil Leading Hand to manage operations at a busy silt dump site as part of the recovery efforts following Cyclone Gabrielle. This role involves working on-site to lead a team responsible for removing wire fencing and debris from deposited silt. It's an opportunity to play a critical role in restoring impacted areas while being part of a supportive team.Job Description: As the Leading Hand, you will take charge of a team at a silt dump site, ensuring the safe and efficient removal of wire fencing and debris embedded in silt. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate tasks, maintain safety standards, and keep the team on track to meet goals.
