Full-time Role, Location: Hillsborough What you will do… Responsible for managing a busy reception deskWelcoming visitors to our facility with a positive attitudeAssisting residents and family members with inquiriesSupporting the team with administrative tasksReceiving, sorting and distributing mailRegistering staff rostersTo be successful as a Unit Administrator you will need… Have empathy and respect for older peopleA commitment to high-quality customer serviceStrong organisational skillsExperience with administrative and clerical proceduresSound computer abilitiesAbility to learn new systems and processes quicklyBe eligible to work in NZWe offer a supportive and inclusive work environment that welcomes and values the individuality of our employees.
