We have two different role types available: Customer Service Rep – Assisting customers at the checkout, managing refunds, and supporting team members where needed.
Sales Consultant – On the shop floor, selling our products to customers.

Qualifications As a Customer Service Rep, your responsibilities will include: Work on the checkouts assisting customers with their purchases Processing refunds and managing any queries Running exciting promotions to engage customers Assisting your fellow team members where needed As a Sales Consultant your responsibilities will include: Selling our wide range of tech products Building relationships with our customers Keeping the store presentable You will be someone who brings: A friendly, approachable nature Display a positive, can-do attitude Have the flexibility to work from September-November until Mid-January, including weekends.
