Chinese Cuisine Chef

ZHAN Food Ltd, is in Auckland. We are now looking for multiple experienced Chinese Cuisine Chefs to join us. This is a full-time role requiring at least 30 hours per week.
This role is to plan and organise the preparation and cooking of Chinese Cuisine to support our business operation.
Tasks include:
Working with the manager to plan our Chinese Cuisine menus,
Estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
Monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and kitchen staff.
Demonstrating techniques for high standard Chinese Cuisine cooking
Preparing and cooking
Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
Working with the manager for staff selection and training 

The successful candidate must have
· At least three years of relevant experience or a relevant qualification (equivalent to NZ L5 Diploma).
· Good work attitude and good communication skills
· Strong motivation
· Physical fitness and could handle the heavy workload
· Quality workmanship and eye for detail
· Strong dedication to health and workplace safety
· Excellent interpersonal skills to work with other team members.
· Strong ability to work independently
