We want someone who is an outstanding communicator, doesn't settle for 'job done' but aims for 'Awesome Job'. Someone who can 'join in' with amazing colleagues and see the true value of working within a multi-disciplinary team. We need someone who meets with a family and young person and draws on their strengths and not just their 'illness', who works alongside them to achieve mutual goals, is able to be compassionate when things don't go to plan and able to help a family reset! It's imperative that you have a good sense of humour and are able to enjoy the team.
