We Go Beyond for A Safer World The Role - Chief Transition and Organisational Performance Officer (CTOP) We're seeking an experienced senior executive to drive organisational excellence and shape our strategic future as our Chief Transition and Organisational Performance Officer (CTOP).
As CTOP, you'll:
Champion performance management to align employee contributions with strategic objectives.Oversee health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance and fostering workplace culture.Govern cybersecurity measures, protecting critical infrastructure and sensitive information in collaboration with leadership in the wider business.This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact while steering innovation and strategic success.
The duties of the role will include: Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams across and beyond HR, fostering engagement and excellence in execution.Drive organisational transformation initiatives, including cultural and digital changes, to enhance competitiveness while ensuring employee and leadership alignment and engagement.Influence and collaborate with organisational leaders to implement effective people, talent, and culture strategies that drive business success while adapting the change and evolution approach to the principles and values of the culture.Execute talent acquisition and management plans, ensuring the right hires in the right roles and regions to support organisational goals.Identify emerging trends impacting business and workforce dynamics, translating insights into actionable plans that align with organisational culture and values.Develop and mentor a capable leadership pipeline, supporting both the Executive Team and future leaders to steer the organization toward success.Partnering with Executive Leadership to align information security, people strategies, and business objectives, promoting sustainable growth and workforce engagement.O pukenga - About You To be successful in this role, you will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (i.e. - Human Resources Management). As well as:
12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive roleProven track record of driving organisational growth and cultural transformationStrong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices and industry trendsExperience managing global teams and scaling organisationsNga painga - what's in it for you?
