RMHC New Zealand's mission is to support families with a child in hospital away from home.The Ronald McDonald House and Ronald McDonald Family Room programmes take care of the practical things in life - like finding and paying for a place to sleep near the hospital, organising meals and paying for parking - so families can focus on their child staying in a hospital away from home.Simply, we give families with a hospitalised child what they need most — each other.RMHC New Zealand typically provide more than 4,500 families across New Zealand with over 40,000 nights of accommodation – the longest stay being 313 nights - free of charge.Every dollar invested in RMHC NZ delivers $5.50 of social benefit to New Zealand society.About the roleAs we say "No Money, No Mission"!!This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced business leader to guide and lead a flourishing team to create exponential growth. You will use your high energy, outstanding relationship building and public facing confidence to ensure RMHC is an organisation that earns the revenue it needs to meet compelling and audacious growth. From one that follows to one that leads.Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Revenue Officer sits on the ExecutiveLeadership team and is accountable for the strategic leadership of the revenue streams that will enable RMHC New Zealand to do what New Zealand families need us to.Responsibilities include:Developing and executing a comprehensive strategic plan for revenue growth supported by a marketing planLeading and managing the Revenue and Engagement teamGrowing existing and developing new revenue streamsEnsuring that our internal and external messaging and communications meets organisational needsBecome a leading face of the organisationThe successful candidate will have:Proven experience in managing and leading high-performing teams7 years plus in a senior management positionAt least 7 years demonstrated success in leading and driving revenue for an organisation.
