The Opportunity As we grow, we are seeking a Chief People Officer who will play a pivotal role in refreshing our people strategy and authentically embed our values, culture, and brand into everything we do—internally and externally.
With a talented team and strong foundations to build on, you will bring fresh thinking and perspective on how to develop our people, evolve our culture and communicate with impact to amplify and unleash Jade's potential.
Role Purpose Operate as a strategic adviser to the CEO, and as an ELT member, share accountability for overall company performance and objectives.Lead the development of a people strategy aligned to Jade's mission that embeds our values and drives awareness around behaviours and expectations.Embed brand across all touchpoints internally and externally through an authentic execution that ties together culture, values and strategy.Drive organisational development at Jade through people, processes and technology to attract, grow and retain the best talent.Lead a high performing team of people, communications, and design professionals; ensuring individuals and the team collaborate, meet objectives and are highly engaged in partnering with the business when delivering enabling services.About You Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive or senior leadership role within a medium to large organization.Strong background in organizational design and effectiveness with experience in succession planning and leadership development programs.Extensive experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals.Outstanding communication skills – written, conversational, facilitation and presentation.Excellent ability to establish effective, collaborative working relationships.Strong understanding of commercial drivers and influencers on margin and profitability in a commercial contract context.Highly analytical with strength in critical thinking and analysis.About Jade Jade Software is an iconic New Zealand name in technology and has evolved and grown to support our customers globally with complex technology problem solving, providing products Jade ThirdEye and Jade Platform, and creating data driven solutions.
