This company is dedicated to innovation, quality, and providing exceptional products and services to its customers worldwide.Role Overview:The Chief People Officer will play a crucial role in developing and executing human resources strategies that align with the business goals and objectives. They will be responsible for overseeing key areas such as succession planning, talent management, organizational design, change management, learning and development, and performance management.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement People and Culture strategies that support the company's mission and strategic vision.Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on organizational and management issues.Lead management succession planning efforts in line with company strategy.Develop strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet human capital needs.Provide leadership and guidance to the global People and Culture function, including talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits.Review and maintain the company's workplace health and safety system.Qualifications/Experience:Degree in Business, Commerce, or Psychology.Extensive experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, and provide advice on complex HR issues.Applied understanding of contemporary HR legislation and policies, particularly in manufacturing.Effective written communication and interpersonal skills.Experience managing HR-related projects and working with international teams.If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for developing and empowering people, and if you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and qualifications.
