The College's three Boarding Houses are located at the centre of the campus.We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant with excellent interpersonal skills to foster team cohesion, mentor direct reports and develop professional relationships by working alongside key stakeholders. The successful candidate will have developed commercial acumen, adept analytical skills and the ability to support and drive change in an environment which champions excellence and continuous improvement.Specifically, the role's focus is the management of the strategic, tactical and functional operations of the College's financial arm by preparing annual reports, budgets and forecasting models and working closely with the Executive Principal on the management and long-term financial strategy of the College. They will manage relationships with professional consultants and advise and support the Board of Governors on financial control, strategy and compliance.
