Banking Consultant - Retail

Kia ora! We're looking for a new Banking Consultant to join our Retail team based in Ashburton.

Is this your next role?
You'll be an excellent communicator who is passionate about providing exceptional service over the phone and online - making sure our customers have the best experience possible.

This job will keep you interested, challenged and on your toes with a range of customer contact channels and working with a range of Heartland products in a supportive team environment that encourages development and training.

You'll provide customers with a radically different customer experience - making sure that they are well informed, feeling happy and valued.

You're a real people person - always keen to help and chat to people. You'll have an engaging, positive and clear phone manner and can strongly build relationships quickly with our customers.
