The Opportunity

As we grow, we are seeking a Chief Financial Officer who will play a pivotal role in amplifying and accelerating our growth strategy and transforming our business model.

With a talented team and strong foundations to build on, you will bring fresh thinking and perspective on how to implement commercial strategies that unlock business value to achieve Jade's full potential.

Role Purpose

Operate as a strategic adviser to the CEO, and as an ELT member, share accountability for overall company performance and objectives.

Lead the development and/or optimisation of risk, legal, cyber and sustainability strategies, aligned with Jade's business priorities, that support an innovative and agile work environment.

Drive commercial performance and insights at Jade through people, processes and technology to amplify the business strategy and optimise investment.

Lead a high performing team of commercial, financial, analytics, security and legal professionals; ensuring individuals and the team collaborate, meet objectives and are highly engaged in partnering with the business when delivering enabling services.

About You

Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible financial experience, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership or senior leadership role within a medium to large organisation. Preferably within digital services or a related industry.

Highly analytical with strengths in critical thinking and analysis.

Experience reviewing commercial contracts from a legal and business risk perspective.

Strong understanding of commercial drivers and influencers on margin and profitability in a commercial contract context.

Experience successfully negotiating commercial contracts.

Proven ability to advise and create effective pricing strategies for new customer propositions.

Strong leadership skills with experience leading teams of professionally qualified and talented individuals.

Experience in successfully partnering with internal business leaders to drive performance outcomes.
