As Chief Financial Officer you will be responsible for:Leading the reconfigured finance functionOversight of company secretarial responsibilitiesCorporate governanceFinancial management (including raising capital, treasury management, financial accounting and reporting, major investments, and economic modelling)Enterprise risk management and complianceInformation technology and sustainability portfoliosAbout YouThis is a challenging role that requires proven senior financial management (10+ years) and executive experience.
