He aha te tunga I About the roleThe CFO is an integral member of the executive team providing financial leadership across all growth, compliance and risk aspects of the organisation. With revenue of $30m pa, the role requires financial control of core operational and corporate deliverables as well as overseeing a range of subsidiaries and partnership entities across the group. With a high growth outlook, leadership is a key component of the role, where creating innovation, participating in funding negotiations and building relationships are required.For this role, we are looking for someone who:Has proven leadership experience at an executive level and experience working alongside a governing body.Has proven experience in business analytics, financial modelling and strategic planning.Is able to develop and implement financial systems (incl Technology One), procedures and control.Is able to provide leadership, direction and management of the finance team.Has at least 10 years' experience in accounting or finance.MBA or CA qualification is highly desirable.Has demonstrated leadership experience at an executive level and experience working alongside a governing body.Has the ability to work closely with other members of ELT, in particular the Chief Operating Officer, HBSS & ACC Director, Group Operations Manager, Medical and the Corporate Director.We are a Kaupapa Maori organisation, committed to developing our kaimahi in terms of professional development and pathways for growth.
