With an agile and cohesive leadership team, they are now seeking a strategic financial leader to further complement their passionate team.The Role:As CFO, you will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for shaping and driving the organisation's financial strategy. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee financial management, IT, cost optimization, and risk management. Your expertise will help guide critical business decisions and support sustainable growth and performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Manage treasury functions to ensure liquidity and financial stability.Provide data-driven insights to improve financial performance.Oversee risk management, internal controls, and governance frameworks.Lead and inspire teams across Finance, IT, and Cost Optimisation.Support strategic initiatives through financial expertise and business case analysis.Lead financial integration and decision making into all business units.What We're Looking For:A relevant tertiary qualification and full Chartered Accountant membership (CAANZ or equivalent).Robust financial leadership experience.A proven track record in consolidated financial reporting, compliance, and detailed financial analysis.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.A strategic thinker with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Leadership experience, including coaching and developing teams.Why Join?This organization values integrity and collaboration.
