Your new role
As the CFO, you would be a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing financial operations and strategy. The CFO will lead the finance department and centre administration support, manage financial planning and analysis, ensure the organisation's financial health, and support the CEO and board in strategic decision-making.
What you'll need to succeed
This role requires strong financial acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to incorporate strong strategic financial leadership with financial management and reporting, operational efficiency, risk management, and team leadership and development.
Experience managing teams
Degree qualified in Commerce or Finance and CA/CPA qualified
Previous experience in a CFO or similar senior financial management position with expertise in finance, strategic planning, and governance
Proven track record of driving financial performance in a complex, multi-site organisation
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
