Role Overview: The CFO is a key member of the executive leadership team and the commercial co-pilot to the CEO.
Responsible for the strategic oversight of the accounting, finance and legal functions, the portfolio includes risk, capital funding, financial reporting and forecasting, treasury management, compliance and commercial decision making.
The CFO plays a critical role in shaping the company's future direction and growth.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and board of directors on financial matters, including risk management, investment strategies, and long-term financial planning.
Provide quality analysis and advice into group capital funding and commercial decision making and develop strategies to optimise financial performance.
Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes.
Oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide leadership and direction to the finance, accounting and legal teams.
Collaborate with other executives to drive growth initiatives.
Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies.
Skills & Experience: A strong executive leader with strategic vision, bringing significant experience in a senior financial leadership role, ideally within the real estate or property management industry.
The ability to provide pragmatic and commercially focused financial direction and guidance with both a financial and compliance lens.
A high level of integrity and professional ethics with a self-starting attitude and resilience.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.
