Are you an experienced guide that is highly knowledgeable about New Zealand, passionate about community tourism, and providing exceptional customer service? We are also hiring CEOs to lead our National Geographic Journeys with G Adventures trips.
G Adventures is the world's largest small-group adventure travel company and we've been making epic travel memories happen on all seven continents for over 30 years. In partnership with National Geographic, we offer National Geographic Journeys. This collaboration combines National Geographic's 130+ years of science, exploration, and inspiring visual storytelling with G Adventures' expertise in delivering fun, responsible, and culturally immersive travel experiences.

About you:

Have an infectious love of New Zealand, and are keen to show it off to the world!
Have a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Are a safe driver, capable of driving long distances, taking responsibility for your group's safe travel, including checking tires and fluids.
Have or are willing to obtain a valid Class 2 license and Passenger Endorsement.
Have or are willing to obtain a Comprehensive First Aid Certificate.
Are a proven leader who is comfortable managing group dynamics, different personalities, and cultures.
Have the ability to communicate effectively in a wide range of contexts.
Are cool, calm & collected under pressure. Can professionally and proactively solve problems like changing tires, handling injuries, managing a budget, and anything else that is thrown at you.
Have awareness of and commitment to Sustainable/Community Tourism: Our CEOs need to be committed to environmentally and culturally responsible tourism and be an inspiring example to the travelers.
Love working in a team and have a willingness to share in G's amazing culture.
All applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand.

What we offer:
We are currently recruiting CEOs for the upcoming summer season to deliver our New Zealand itineraries. Our main season runs from September through April. We operate a number of itineraries across New Zealand that range from 11 to 22 days in length and take in the best our beautiful country has to offer!
