It includes responsibility for leadership of sites within the region and the achievement of the annual commercial plans, growth objectives, operational effectiveness, as well as stakeholder and customer engagement. A small team, now is the time to establish a suitable structure for future needs, define and agree the investment strategy and manage the business development and projects to achieve the vision.PersonBlending your ability to span strategy and execution, this position will engage your wide business management expertise. With exceptional interpersonal ability, you are as comfortable influencing and negotiating internally and externally, as you are creating cohesive teams that focus on achieving the company goals. Characteristically for a chief executive, you will have sound commercial strength and a growth mindset. Your experience could come from diverse sectors running operations of a process nature in environmental services, infrastructure, project or construction management – it's your skills that interest us and how you envisage applying them in a new environment.
