Reporting to the Board, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and overall operational management of the organisation, in line with the Board directed strategy and associated Trusts, financial and resource management, governance support and reporting, representing Enrich Group in communications and public relations, and develop strong relationships within the disability sector.

To be successful in this role you will need:
Tertiary qualification in management, health and disability sector or related fieldRecent experience as a chief executive or senior manager preferredExperience in organisational strategic design and developmentExperience working in government and commercial contracting environmentsStrong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and analyse commercial, financial, political and legal informationProven success in driving change and innovationExcellent relationship management skillsStrong leadership and communication skillsOutstanding problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the squareAnalytical thinking with the ability to observe and forecast trends and riskA good understanding of governance processes and policiesBroad understanding of the health and disability sector What can we offer you?
