About the Company:BoardPro are an innovative, international tech company that provide software to simplify governance, making board software affordable and accessible, to create better outcomes for organisations.Founded in 2015 in Auckland NZ, the business has now grown to 32 people across four regions, and is on track to be the largest board software provider in NZ.There are significant opportunities to increase revenue share in ANZ and build presence in global markets.About the Role: The CEO will lead BoardPro's strategic direction, delivering innovative products that meet customer needs, and shape the future of the organisation.Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will work closely to ensure effective governance, financial health, strategic decision-making, achievement of business goals and operational efficiency.Key responsibilities include: Introduce innovative strategies to achieve business objectives and grow revenue Drive strategy, execution and decision-making across all functional areas, including sales, product, marketing, engineering, customer success, people, and finance.Attract, develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team Drive operational rigor, including full P&L and cash flow management Effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders, shareholders and Directors Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and new product development Lead the company through market and competitive analysis to position BoardPro as an industry leader in their segment Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to assess company performance Implement an organisational structure to support operational needs, minimise costs and facilitate continuous improvement About You: The CEO will have the following credentials: A track record as an exceptional leader in a high growth, scale up environment Significant experience working within a Technology company (SaaS ideally) at a senior executive level Strong knowledge and commercial understanding of product-led businesses, ideally with an understanding of expanding into new markets Strong direct knowledge of overseeing sales, marketing and customer functions Data-driven approach to driving strategies for sustainable growth Strong financial acumen and business reporting Inspirational leader, with excellent presentational skills, both internally and when showcasing BoardPro to third parties Successful track record in an executive leadership position (MD, GM or CEO) Demonstrable experience developing, building and leading teams (including senior leadership teams) Able to engage with and influence diverse stakeholders at all levels Strong EQ, executive presence, and collaboration skills Strategic thinker with a 'hands on' approach to execution Makes sound judgements and identifies clear solutions from broad, complex or ambiguous situations
