This organisation is now looking for a proven prolific networker and successful influencer who can build and foster relationships towards further growth of this thriving foundation.We are seeking a unique individual who has the passion and desire to make a difference in peoples' lives and be an advocate/ambassador for the organisation. Through your successful leadership, you will bring with you a wealth of knowledge and skills accumulated in your career, with an ability to influence others to grow the organisation, and therefore be able to fulfil the vision.The role of Chief Executive Officer, reporting to the Board, is responsible for the leadership and overall operational management of the organisation, in line with the Board directed strategy.The successful candidate for this role will have the following attributes:Deep commitment to intergenerational equity with the ability to be passionate about and empathetic with the IHAD kaupapa (programme).An understanding of non-profit sector Marketing/PR/Fundraising principles.Proven strategic management level experience in a growth organisation, preferably with experience in the non-profit sector.Strong understanding of Te Tiriti, Te Ao Maori and Tikanga Maori practices and principles.Proven project success working alongside communities including iwi.Excellent relationship building skills especially with Government agencies.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Make an impact and get a deep sense of fulfilment in leading a passionate team who are dedicated to making a real difference for young New Zealanders and their families.If this opportunity sounds like you, give Rob Young a call on 021 922 645 to discuss further.
