This executive role is essential for driving business transformation, implementing data-driven strategies, and fostering innovation across customer-facing functions. You will be responsible for:· Lead the customer and sales team, promoting a high performing and positive culture· Develop and implement strategies for revenue growth· Build and maintain strategically critical relationships· Drive business development and build sales centre of excellence· Execute cutting edge marketing strategy· Innovate customer experience, ensuring we maintain high levels of satisfactionAbout YouThis is a challenging role that requires proven customer and sales experience (10+ years).
