Responsibilities include; Preparing and cooking high-quality, innovative dishes  Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality and presentation Menu development along with the restaurant manager and contributing ideas to enhance the dining experience Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen Adhering to all health and safety regulations Assisting with menu development along with the restaurant manager and contributing ideas to enhance the dining experience Mentoring and training junior kitchen staff What we are looking for Minimum 3 years experience as a Chef in a fast-paced restaurant or similar environment Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Strong time management and multitasking skills Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a dynamic team Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
