This job is required to perform: (specific duty tasks) Develop recipes and determine how to present the food Plan menus and ensure uniform serving sizes and quality of meals Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality Work with other chefs, cooks and other food preparation workers Monitor and report inventory of food and supplies needed to ensure efficient operations Monitor sanitation practices and ensure that kitchen safety standards are followed Prepare, cook and serve food in accordance with menus ensuring a high level of quality and presentation is achieved at all times according to agreed standards Create and develop menu concepts that strengthen our business ambitions Analyse and understand consumer purchasing habits to develop menu strategies for continued growth Oversee the appropriate receiving and stores Monitoring food wastage and raw material expiry to meet agreed food cost targets Meet agreed food cost targets Maintaining HACCP procedures and practises Foster sound relationships with front-of-house staff and kitchen staff Maintain kitchen equipment and plant in good condition Attendance all department meetings Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job At least Diploma level 4 in Cookery or culinary OR At least bachelor's degree OR At least 3 years of relevant work experience OR Any Skill Standard Assessment Certificate as Thai Cook such as: The National Skill Standard Testing as Thai cook by the institute for skill development which guarantee by Thai Ministry of Labour at least Skill Level1.
