Chef

- Days require 5 days a week. Including weekend.-  Hours: minimum 30 hours (maximum 40 hours) a week.- Rate and salary: $29.66 - 30.00 per hour.- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Willing to work on weekends;
- Be able to work in a team and take direction from supervisors; 
- Have good communication skills;
- Have a can-do attitude and good work ethic;
* Job involves significant tasks as below:
- Planning menus, estimating food and labor costs, and ordering food supplies- Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation- Discussing food preparation issues with Managers, Dietitians and kitchen andwaiting staff- Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures- Preparing and cooking food- Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations- May select and train staff- May freeze and preserve foods
