Job Description:About the Role:
As the Chef you are accountable for the preparation, cooking and service of food to agreed standards as well as for the overall efficient and effective management of the team to ensure a quality service is provided to the residents.

This is a permanent, full-time role working with a minimum of 72 hours including one weekend per fortnight. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring there is full compliance to the approved Food Control PlanComplying with all food safety requirements and maintaining high level of hygiene at all timesPreparing and cooking set meals to residents' satisfaction in a timely mannerBuilding and managing rapport with direct reports with full accountability for all aspects of coaching and performance development Qualifications:About You:
You will be a highly motivated and skilled Chef with excellent time management skills.
To be successful you will bring:
Proven experience in managing a successful team in a similar environmentFinancial acumenThe ability to empower team by passing on culinary knowledgeSound understanding of Food Safety PlansA Chef Qualification is preferred Additional Information:What's in it for you?
