We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated indiviudal to join our team.
 
Key responsibilities:
 

Managing a section for the preparation and service of menus for each dining period to highest standard
Cooking for high-end guests requiring flexibility with menus and attention to guest's special dietary needs, allergies, preferences and requests.
Efficiency prepare for dining periods so that appropriate quantities are cooked 
Ensure all food is prepared and presented in accordance with food health and safety standards of New Zealand.

The expected Joining date would be 01/01/2025.
 
What you will need:
 

Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality and tourism industry.
High-end professional experience is desired
Experience in all fast-food items would be advantage
A diploma in Cookery or equivalent qualification.
New Zealand Full drivers licence is a MUST
Ability to work during the weekends and holiday as we have rotating shifts in place.
