What you will do:

Responsibilities include:
Menu preparation in collaboration with colleagues
Ensuring adequacy of supplies at cooking stations
Training, developing and supporting junior chefs
Preparing ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc)
Following the guidance of the head or sous chefs and have an input in new ways to present food
Putting effort into optimising the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
Adapt to guest requirements as required
Create and produce a diverse and healthy staff meal menu
Comply with strict Health, Safety and Hygiene standards
What you will bring:
For this position you must be self motivated, a team player and work well in a high pressure environment. You will also need to:
Hold a relevant culinary qualification
Have proven experience in a Chef de Partie role, ideally with experience at a similar standard
Have excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
Have the ability to think on your feet, as we have many guest requests and menu changes each day
Have good time management and the ability to multi task
A respectful attitude towards guests and colleagues
Excellent communication skills
A thorough understanding of Health & Safety requirements
