Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Part-Time Checkout Supervisor to join our team at Fendalton New World.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise checkout operators to ensure excellent service.
Manage staff breaks and daily schedules.
Handle customer inquiries and refunds.
Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure till accuracy.
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts.
Must be able to work 1 weekend shift as well as evening 15-20 hours.
