Checkout Supervisor/Team Leader

To ensure we can continue to create an exceptional customer service experience for our customers, we are looking for a Customer Service Extraordinaire to join our team.
The Role:
Serve customers and be a key point of contact for customer queries.
Provide support to the checkout team by organising breaks and managing customer flow.
Process restricted purchases.
Support the Lotto counter.

Someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Excellent communication skills - ability to motivate and encourage team members to provide exceptional service.
Highly organised and proficient in what you do.
Current Duty Manager's Certificate.
Flexibility and willingness to work within the leadership team.
Reliable, honest and a good team player.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Confidence and maturity to work unassisted at times.
Must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
The days and hours are:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10.00am - 8.00pm; Friday, Saturday 6.45am - 4.00pm.
