Are you compassionate, enthusiastic, and looking for a rewarding opportunity in aged care that's second to none? As the Chauffeur at The Helier, you'll put our residents at the center of everything you do, providing exceptional service and safety to our residents when travelling. This role works alongside the Concierge and General Manager to provide driving duties to our residents.
This is a casual position and hours will be irregular.
It is necessary you have: A full NZ Drivers License with no driving offenses. Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and work as a team. A strong sense of responsibility and care. Customer care experience. Strong communication skills. Calm and adaptive in emergency situations. You will be responsible for ensuring: High standard delivery of driving duties. Safety and care leadership for our residents. Assist the Concierge and Wellbeing manager to develop innovative experiences and activities for residents. An ongoing commitment to personal and professional development.
