Chat Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Eastman Chemical is seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team on a full-time remote basis in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual with strong soft skills in persuasion and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of chat support agents, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality customer service
- Monitor chat support performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement training programs for chat support agents to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in chat support or customer service management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
