Job Description: Ryder System is seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Hamilton, Waikato, NZ.
As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service or support roles, you will be responsible for managing a team of chat support agents to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Monitor chat support interactions to ensure quality and adherence to company policies - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency - Analyze chat support data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on chat support performance Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service or support roles - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience managing a team of customer service agents - Proficiency in chat support software and tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Benefits: - Gym membership - Retirement plan - Free accommodation Working Environment: At Ryder System, we support our employees in their personal and professional development.
