Job Description: Anthem is seeking a motivated and adaptable Chat Support Manager to join our team on a full-time remote basis in Wellington, New Zealand. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer support, you will play a key role in managing our chat support operations. Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality customer interactions. - Develop and implement protocols and procedures for efficient and effective chat support operations. - Monitor chat support performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution. - Stay current with industry trends and best practices in chat support to drive continuous improvement. - Foster a positive and collaborative working environment for the chat support team. Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer support, with a focus on chat support operations. - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey complex information to a diverse audience. - Critical thinking skills to analyze data, solve problems, and make informed decisions. - Adaptable nature to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. - Motivated attitude with a strong desire to excel in customer service.
