Salary Band – $126,000 - $138,000 p.a prorata + Kiwisaver
The service is Dunedin based and provides for dialysis delivery in the community (supported and independent) district wide including Invercargill Hospital site and a self-care site at Dunstan.

The Charge Nurse Manager is responsible for the management of and provision for district dialysis service delivery including clinical leadership & coordination, operational functions, quality and financial performance, human resource management, quality and risk management, and clinical pathway development and other service delivery improvements throughout the dialysis service.
Provide clinical leadership, coordination, and management Mentor staff as they gain knowledge and skills.
Foster a culture of clinical excellence, innovation and strategic thinking.
Recruit, lead, educate, and develop both new members and existing staff.
Supervise, mentor, and develop relationships through close liaison with other services both internal and external.
Facilitate clinical practice development within the multidisciplinary team.

Eligible to work in NZ with current APC,
Proven clinical credibility and leadership experience in a New Zealand setting.
Hold a current PDRP/QLP or equivalent,
Dynamic personality and great communication and time management skills.

This role belongs to the NZNO Collective Agreement and falls between the step 1 ($101,089 p.a) and Step 3 ($111,695 p.a prorata) of the Designated Senior Nurse Scale, Grade 2.
