Korero mo te turanga - About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Registered Nurse to lead our Paediatric team. This role is an exciting opportunity to provide operational management and leadership across the paediatric service. This role extends over different parts of the paediatric service including the inpatient ward, special care baby unit, and outpatient service.

This is a permanent part-time position, working 64 hours per fortnight (0.8 FTE); days of work to be discussed.

Mou - About you

You will have at least five years' nursing experience including a management/leadership role and will have a sound knowledge of clinical nursing practice, principles, and a commitment to an interdisciplinary focus. You will have a strong client-centred approach, superb communication skills, and the ability to form strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across a range of settings.
