We are seeking an experienced Change Specialist to develop and implement strategies to influence change management with a people-centric approach.
You will collect insights on priorities, advise on the change landscape, and develop strategies that maximize employee engagement and adoption while minimizing resistance.This role is responsible for building and supporting Change Management capability and knowledge across the Council.
Working within the Organisational Development team as part of the Chief Executive's office, you will focus on building strong relationships across business units to lead best practice change and transformation.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally are key to this role.

You will be able to see the future for our Council, which will guide you in identifying and implementing a programme of work to improve the way we do things and ultimately deliver better outcomes for our communities.You will have experience in implementing complex change initiatives, ensuring projects are initiated, planned, and implemented using a holistic approach.
