Embrace the chance to influence a future where technology and energy intersect in powerful ways.Job DescriptionThe RoleAs the Change Manager, you'll play a key role in guiding TLC through change initiatives focused on our digital utility program and operational technology projects. This is a unique, two-year fixed-term position, where you'll design and implement change strategies, work closely with diverse stakeholders, and ensure smooth transitions for new technologies. If you're a skilled communicator with a strong change management background, this role is your opportunity to shine and make a lasting impact.Key ResponsibilitiesChange Management Strategy & Planning: Develop and lead a strategic change management approach for operational technology projects. Identify impacts, assess risks, and establish success metrics to drive adoption and engagement.Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Engage key internal and external stakeholders, tailoring communication to build support and manage expectations throughout the change process.Training & Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts and the learning team to design and deliver training resources that empower teams to use new operational technology systems effectively.Desired Skills and ExperienceQualifications & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Organisational Psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred). Change Management certification (PROSCI, ACMP, etc.) is highly desirable.Experience: 5+ years of experience in change management within an operational technology, utilities, or infrastructure environment, with a proven record of supporting digital transformations.Skills: Experienced change manager with strong communication, stakeholder engagement, project integration, and analytical skills; adaptable and resilient in dynamic settings.Interested?
