Te Turanga - The Role We have an exciting opportunity to join our Global Services team in a newly created role as Change Manager. Based in our head office in Christchurch and reporting to the General Manager, Services, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies that support both internal service projects and external client engagements.
As an experienced Change Manager, you will drive the adoption of new processes, technologies and services across Tait's global offices and dealer networks, while also providing progressional change management services for radio system installations as part of client projects. Key responsibilities will include:
Designing and executing change management strategies, including comms and training plans and adoption metrics to ensure successful implementation. Collaborating with regional leaders and external dealer networks to identify and address resistance to change. Creating and maintaining a standardised change management methodology that can be applied to both internal and external projects. Integrating change management methodologies into expert services offerings into RFP responses for Tait radio system installations. Developing tiered change management plans for Tait and Channel Partner projects, addressing the unique challenges of implementing and acceptance of a complex critical communications system. Building relationships with key stakeholders across the Tait organisation and with our channel partners and end users. This role may involve international travel (up to 25%) to support our regional offices and client engagements.
O Pukenga - About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience in successfully developing and implementing change management strategies for both internal and client-facing projects. 5+ years change management experience, preferably in a global organisation and/or technology-driven industry. A strong understanding of project management methodologies and their integration with change management practices. Be a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or hold a Prosci certification. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of the telecommunications or radio communications industry would be a plus.
