This is your chance to play a key role in exciting projects that are reshaping how we work, adopt new technologies, and enhance customer experiences.This is a 6 month Fixed Term role.What You'll Be Doing | Mo te TurangaLead the change process from start to finish, using your expertise to make sure transitions are smooth and successful.Work alongside Project Managers to integrate change management into project plans, ensuring everything is aligned and on track.Assess the impact of changes, understand stakeholder needs, and design tailored plans to help everyone succeed.Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure the change sticks and delivers real results.Develop success metrics with business leaders to track the impact of change and ensure it's sustained.Support teams and leaders in embedding change into day-to-day activities for long-term success.Champion change management practices, mentor your colleagues, and help build the team's expertise.We need Change Managers with proven experience in delivering operational change, particularly in large, complex environments.
