We are seeking a dynamic contract Change Manager to guide our banking client's transformation program, focusing on evolving their Target Operating Model and enhancing their Risk & Compliance capabilities. This role is pivotal in steering their organisational change towards enhanced operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
This contract position can be based in Auckland, Wellington or Nelson and occasional regional travel will be required. Flexible working is on offer and the contract will be initially though to the end of the year but with a high change of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement change management strategies to support significant transformation initiatives.Lead the stakeholder engagement and communication plan, ensuring clarity and alignment across all levels of the organisation.Facilitate the adoption of new processes and systems by designing effective training and support mechanisms.Analyse and mitigate risks associated with change, maintaining focus on the program's strategic objectives.Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure success.Key Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in Change Management, preferably within transformation projects related to Target Operating Models and Compliance uplifts.Banking, financial services or similar industry experience is a plusStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levels.Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and project delivery within complex environments.Ability to work flexibly, including potential travel to Nelson, and adapt to a dynamic project scope.We look forward to your application.
