What you will do:Our contracts carry a variety of responsibilities and exciting challenges in the Change space. Specific duties include but are not limited to:Aligning to the established change management strategy, ensuring coordination with the Programme streams of work.Working with the programme and project teams, and stakeholders across the business to plan and execute change management and communication activities to support substantial technology, process, and behavioural change impact.Facilitation and support of Business Process Owners, providing change leadership, ensuring adequate involvement and informed decision making within a practical structure.Skills and experience we are looking for:To be considered for these roles you will be an experienced Change Manager with the following skills:Change Management qualifications 5+ years of commercial experience, and exposure to enterprise environments Experience developing and delivering effective communication and change plans Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in priorities and environmentsStrong stakeholder management and engagement skillsPlease note for these roles you must currently be in New Zealand and holding the ongoing right to work in New Zealand, with either NZ citizenship or an unrestricted work visa.What to do next:Apply using the Apply button on this pageReturning to New Zealand?We love to hear from Kiwi's around the globe who are relocating back to New Zealand.
