Change Lead - Tauranga - Hr Connect

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Change Lead in the Bay of Plenty region.
This is a newly established fixed-term position, working closely with the People and Culture Director to lead change processes across several sites.About the RoleThis role will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of change processes and associated activities across sites, in support of and in collaboration with the People and Culture Director.
The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of human resources functions, specifically employment legislation, industrial relations, and change management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and implementation of change processes and associated activities across sites, ensuring a values-based and people-focused approach that is compliant, supportive for employees, and minimises risk to the business.Ensure efficient delivery and clearly documented change processes are administered.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will have:Solid experience and understanding across human resources functions, specifically employment legislation, industrial relations, and change management.Understanding of and experience in delivering change communications and identifying risk.Experience in leading large and complex change processes across a medium to large organisation.Experience in delivery across people and culture functions, including development of frameworks, policies, standards, and delivery from design to implementation.Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including union representatives.Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
