A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced CFO to join a well-established financial services group located in Central Auckland.
If you have had solid CFO experience preferably working for a listed company then this role could be for you.Duties includeLooking after accounting and financial systems for the company including processes and internal controlsEnsuring data is up to date and available for audit processes and reportingManage the calculation of tax obligations and payments when dueManage other staff in the teamAssist with legal, compliance, governance and risk obligations of the groupContribute to planning and budgeting processesAssist IT where necessary and work closely with internal/external stakeholders to manage any system upgrades that could have financial impactsAssist the MD with the business and other tasks as requiredAssist with any financial project work as required.To be successful you will ideally have:A degree preferably in financeACCA accreditation5 years plus experience as a CFO within a large organisation, preferably a listed companyGood leadership and communication skillsCan confidently manage financial risks and budgetsExcellent attention to details and able to meet tight deadlinesFlexibility to take on a variety of tasksIf this sounds like you and you are looking for a new opportunity for 2025 apply now.
