We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our client's executive leadership team, and closely with the CEO and COO to steer their multifaceted organisation through a growth phase.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Oversight: Manage and optimise financial performance, including revenue, profit, and cash flow.
Strategic Planning: Work with the executive team to develop and implement growth-focused financial strategies.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and manage risk effectively.
Data & Reporting: Use analytics to provide financial insights and oversee financial reporting and automation.
M&A Leadership: Lead mergers and acquisitions, from due diligence to integration.
Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with financial stakeholders and communicate with the Board.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the finance team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Key Skills & Qualifications: CA qualified.
Significant experience as a CFO with a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing multi-site or multi-brand operations.
Proficiency in financial analytics and business modelling.
Experience in mergers and acquisitions, and international market expansion.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and the board.
