For more information visit unilode.com.Position OverviewThe Certifying Staff is a key partner in supporting the day-to-day business and quality compliance at the repair station, ensuring maintenance processes are performed an efficient and proper manner in accordance with the approved company policies and procedures.General Responsibilities:Repair aviation components in accordance with relevant regulated manuals.Conduct preliminary, hidden damage, in-progress and final inspections of aircraft articlesprocessed by the Repair Station (as authorized) and assuring proper recording of results.Ensure compliance with local regulations, customer/air carrier requirements andmanufacturer's technical data.Perform quality related duties delegated by the Chief Inspector/QA Manager and thoseidentified in the RSQCM under inspector's duties.Carry out other duties, i.e. cleaning containers or pallets, etc.Qualifications: Minimum 36 months of aviation related experience.General knowledge of Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand Regulation (Part 145) and/or European Aviation Safety Agency Regulation (Part 145)Competent in the use of hand toolsAttention to details, flexible, agile, adaptable and self-motivated.Computer literacy and familiar with Microsoft office.Comfortable working in a physically demanding role.
