The branches are well led and excited about the Kings future - one that you could be a part of!The CEO Role:The CEO is responsible for leading the business and the Kings team into the future. The role encompasses:Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the Board to develop, set, and execute the company's strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.Financial Leadership: Provide strong financial and commercial leadership, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, to ensure the company's fiscal health and sustainable growth.Team Leadership and Development: Lead the team with a focus on culture, leadership development, training, and succession planning to build a strong, capable workforce.Operational Management: Establish a consistent cadence for efficient retail operations, product procurement and management, and ensure smooth and effective day-to-day functioning of operations.Retail Culture and Customer Experience: Foster a strong retail culture that prioritizes exceptional customer experience through well-designed systems and comprehensive team training.Sales & Marketing Oversight: Support a customer-led sales and marketing approach, driving the evolution of customer experience (CX) to meet and exceed customer expectations.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with all regulatory aspects of the business, including health & safety, employment, financial management, and operational standards.This is a CEO role where you'll enjoy both the strategic aspects of running a busy organization, but have the ability (and autonomy) to be with your team and your customers and ensure Kings are delivering the best possible products and service to the community.Your Profile:You'll have extensive experience in retail and retail leadership. You'll have a passion for retail and most importantly, retail done exceptionally well.
