Are you a passionate and experienced leader in early childhood education looking for a meaningful role in a not-for-profit setting? Join our close-knit community as the Centre Supervisor of our centre licenced for 47 children, where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of children, families, and staff.
The role:
As the centre supervisor, you will lead a team of dedicated Kaiako and support staff, ensuring the highest quality of care and education for our tamariki. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, compliance with ECE regulations, staff development, and maintaining strong relationships with whanau and the wider community.
About you:
Fully registered ECE teacher with a Diploma or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education
Sound knowledge of ECE Regulations, Professional Standards and Te Whariki
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Passionate about fostering a positive, inclusive environment for both our tamariki and Kaiako.
