We are on the lookout for an exceptional individual to lead our team of dedicated team here at Busy Bees Mapua.

Our approach to learning provides meaningful moments year-round. Our centre has three age-appropriate rooms that flow through to their respective outdoor areas. Tamariki enjoy the outdoor space which includes an amazing bike track and native garden that provide stimulating and adventurous areas of play for children of all ages. At Busy Bees Mapua we promote the development of active and confident learners who think, question, seek information and apply knowledge to the best of their ability.
Role requirements:
An inspirational leader with an innate ability to develop and lead a team to deliver best practice childcare services.
B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration/certification.
Demonstrated leadership experience; you will love to coach, mentor and inspire!
Initiative, desire and passion for quality practice standards and commitment to the principles of Te Whariki .
Familiarity with the New Zealand Education Council, ERO, MOE requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations and Code of Ethics.
A comprehensive understanding of how to maintain and grow occupancy levels.
